Indra GM captures the essence of Action Figures

Hi guys, this second post on my new blog is to talk about one of my friend who share the same passion as me in terms of action figure. His name is Indra and I knew him from my friend here in Perth. He was (probably still is) a game freak but he is growing up and he combines his passion of photography with his action figures + video games knowledge and comes up with an art that fascinates me. I am pretty sure there are other people out there who does the same thing as him, but his pictures are worth checking out.

I put some of his pictures of Iron Man and Kamen Raider action figures. You can see for yourself how he captures the essence of the action figure in his photograph. This is a still photography, means the object is not moving, but he's done it so brilliantly like for example capturing this Iron Man Mark III in a close up pose. You can say he edit this and that so that the pictures look magnificent but the essence is there. When I stare at this picture, I'm not looking at just a picture of an action figure, it feels like staring the Iron Man itself with Tony Stark piloting inside. This Mark III pictures are just one of many of his magnificent shots, I'll post some of the pictures and also the link to his flickr account so you guys will be able to see the other pictures that he has taken so far.
